Celebrating our people! At Croda, we pride ourselves on our people and the great work they do every day. Croda Foundation is committed to utilising the skills, time and expertise of Croda people, through the Foundation Changemaker Programme. Changemakers are Croda employees who volunteer their time and know-how to support our funded projects on a case-by-case basis. Below is a great example of the impact of the Changemaker Programme. Jenny Berriman utilised her skills and expertise to support our projects in the best way she could. Her dedication and hard work have made a significant difference. Today we celebrate Croda Foundation's longest-serving secondee, Jenny Berriman.🎉 Jenny joined us on 1 September 2021 as part of our Changemakers Programme, which utilises the skills and expertise of Croda’s employees in pursuit of our charitable goals. In her role as Finance Manager, Jenny’s main roles include budgeting and forecasts and producing the monthly and annual accounts. 📈 Jenny said: “I’d never worked in the charity sector before, so the opportunity was exciting for me. “I think the best thing about the Foundation is the team I get to work with, and getting to see the impact our charity partners are having on underserved communities.
