David Yiend (passion), Chris Rackham(positioning), Peter Thornton(again/opportunity), Jenni Danby (diplomacy), Ian Plumbley (never give up), Jon Hayman (Questions), Steve Horton (be nice), Matt Riley(network), Dan Arnsperger (Network 2) After 2017. Now I have stepped back from Executive roles. We should also perhaps look at ourselves as contributing massively to our own careers having taken the opportunities presented and run with them, exceeding expectations, and often sacrificing regular life to create success, of course there are lots of failures that come in-between.
