It definitely is for all bodies!
I just went back after 18 months trying to do it on my own in my hot garage. I love the community and the environment, among a million other reasons....
Reminds me of my military days. The workouts are tough but we’re all together 👊🏽

3moIn 2012, after almost passing out during a tennis match, I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse. I was overweight and depressed after losing my dad to congestive heart failure. This diagnosis was a huge wake up call. In early 2013, I committed to a healthier lifestyle started working out at CrossFit Dynamo in Cumming, GA. Having heart surgery in 2016 to repair the mitral value and a hole in my heart has been a huge reason to stay active and focused on my health and fitness goals. The key to success is to surround yourself by people who inspire you to be the best version of yourself. At CrossFit Dynamo, I’ve made friends who have become family. Thanks to the mental toughness built through CrossFit, I've learned to break overwhelming tasks into manageable chunks and just chip away at them. More than once, I've been in a meeting with a difficult person and thought, "I could deadlift your scrawny ass" or "do you even lift, bro." When Mom was first showing signs of Alzheimer’s, workouts at Dynamo, and the support and kind words from my CrossFit Dynamo family got me through some very dark days. I started CrossFit because I needed a structured exercise program. I stayed because of the community and coaching.
