9 months ago I went booze free and it’s changed me It didn’t come without challenges Guinness was the go to … - Feeling pressured to drink during social and business events. - Gaining a stone of weight from regular drinking. - Breaking habits , those Sundays at the rugby club having a few Guinness However with hindsight it’s taught me a few key lessons -Awareness - I realised how much of my social drinking was out of habit rather than desire. - Health is the focus : Even ‘ just a few pints ‘were leading to weight gain and feeling sluggish - a reset is powerful - Sometimes, you need to take drastic steps to reset unhealthy patterns. How did I do it ? -10-Day Reset thanks to Matt Kendrick - I cut out caffeine, alcohol, gluten, and dairy. This reset broke the cycle and helped me regain control over my habits. Thanks Matt After the reset, I slowly reintroduced foods but chose to keep alcohol and caffeine out most of the time I learned to navigate social situations without alcohol, focusing on the experience rather than the drink. People don’t really care at all if you’re not drinking in 2024 the benefits for me have been massive. I still enjoy having a bottle in hand, and love how brands are embracing the 0% life Anyone else on the non alcohol journey ?
