Need to step up at a level higher! The recently concluded Paris Olympics has starkly highlighted India's performance in the medal tally. For a nation with a population of 1.4 billion, aspiring to join the ranks of the world's leading nations, securing just 6 medals is a disappointing reflection of our sporting capabilities on the global stage. As the popular Hindi saying goes, "Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar" (Only the winner is the king), merely achieving six 4th place finishes and a few quarter-final appearances across various sports cannot be considered a measure of success. As a nation, we must take sports seriously, starting at the grassroots level, and work to increase participation in various disciplines. Despite substantial government support and significant investments in sporting infrastructure, we must ask ourselves if we are truly satisfied with seeing our country ranked 71st among the medal winning countries at the Olympics. #Olympics2024 #TeamIndia #IndianContingent #BlueTigers #Paris2024 #IndianPride #JustDoIt #SupportTeamIndia #changethegame #TheParisOlympics #India #India2024 #August2024 #LinkedIn #EBSConsultancyGroup

That's a fantastic sentiment! Manasi Joshi's #whatisstoppingyou story is truly inspiring, and it resonated with me deeply. Sometimes, all we need is a reminder that even in the face of adversity, it's possible to overcome and find strength. Have you ever encountered a challenge that made you question your abilities? How did you overcome it? #ManasiJoshi #whatisstoppingyou #paralympics2024
Imagine being just 22 and having to lose a leg! It is only natural to be upset about it, to be angry at life… But Manasi Joshi is built different! She turned her adversity into achievement and her dreams into reality. Let’s celebrate the unstoppable spirit of Manasi Joshi and her fellow athletes of the Indian contingent at the Paralympics! #TuesdayThoughts

Which Indian bowler took the most wickets over the last weekend (29-30 Jun 2024)? If your answer is Hardik Pandya, you are wrong. While his three wickets in the T20 World Cup final did help India end their ICC trophy drought, they were still just the most wickets taken by a male bowler over the weekend. In the Men's T20 World Cup. The answer, of course, is Sneh Rana, who took a total of eight wickets over the weekend in a women's Test match vs. South Africa in Chennai. She eventually finished with 10 wickets in a hard-fought match that India won by 10 wickets. Acknowledging subconscious bias like in this example, is the first step towards meaningful change. Our last year's loss and recent triumph made me ponder about a never-ending loop of life in finding meaning in victory and defeat 🏏 As we celebrate India's recent triumph in the T20 Cricket World Cup, we must acknowledge both victory and the remarkable journey of teams like South Africa. Winning the World Cup is undoubtedly exhilarating—it showcases the power of teamwork, resilience, and unwavering determination. It teaches us the value of preparation, strategy, and seizing opportunities when they arise. These lessons apply in cricket and every aspect of life and business. The importance of staying focused, adapting to challenges, and fostering a winning mindset resonates deeply beyond the boundaries of a cricket field. Equally significant is the experience of South Africa's journey—a testament to skill, sportsmanship, and the unpredictability of outcomes despite hard work and dedication. Their resilience in the face of defeat demonstrates the strength in overcoming setbacks, learning from failures, and emerging stronger each time. It reminds us that true success is often found in how we bounce back from adversity, staying true to our values and commitments. As we bask in the glory of victory, let's also take a moment to reflect on the broader implications for our personal and professional lives. Whether celebrating a win or learning from a loss, these experiences shape us, refine our character, and propel us towards greater achievements. Congratulations again to Team India for their outstanding performance, and kudos to all teams for their sportsmanship and dedication throughout the tournament. Here's to embracing the lessons of both victory and defeat as we continue to strive for excellence in all our endeavors. #CricketWorldCup #LessonsLearned #VictoryAndDefeat #Teamwork #Resilience #PersonalGrowth #BusinessLessons
