The latest article from FHAS takes an in-depth look at these critical factors and how they are used during arbitration. It’s your chance to get inside the mind of an IDR arbitrator and minimize some of the confusion that can cloud the process. Take a minute to read it, then let us know if you have more questions that our team can answer for you: https://hubs.ly/Q02FKKqv0

I recently met with John Leonard and we had an interesting discussion that touched on rising cloud costs, the implications of unfair hyperscaler practices (such as lock-in and egress fees), and CMA regulation. It is increasingly clear that cloud is broken, and it's so important we build an industry that tackles these problems head on and starts putting the customer first - not shareholder profits. Check out what we discussed in his write-up in Computing here: https://lnkd.in/eeJ5nDjr
