This week the Captain of the Port opened a window to allow boats other than commercially essential vessels to pass through the Key Bridge Response Safety Zone. The Waterkeeper team was able to collect samples at the majority of our outer tidal Patapsco stations and then made our way towards the Inner Harbor (sample results below). As the Port rebuilds, our ability to collect data will be limited, with most tidal report-outs covering the area north of the Safety Zone. We are elated to be back out for the tidal season and part of the Port that makes #baltimorestrong⁠ ⁠ Results from this week's tidal Patapsco River and upper Gwynns Falls bacteria samples are listed below.
