Hiring Operational Talent (Accounting & HR) | #BoyMom | #DogMom | Lover of connection and meaningful conversation | Determined to beat the odds
What is so apparent, yet can be so unnoticed at the same time? Mental Health. We often prioritize what’s visible — deadlines, meetings, and daily tasks — but mental health, while just as critical, can be easily overlooked. People around us may be struggling silently, even when everything seems fine on the surface. Not only as a recruiter, but as a mom, wife and friend; I've learned the importance of creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and seen — for what they do AND for how they feel. A small gesture of empathy or simply asking “How are you really doing?” can make all the difference. This #WorldMentalHealthDay, let’s take a moment to be more aware of both ourselves and others. Because mental health deserves our attention, even when it’s not always visible. 🌍 #MentalHealthMatters #WorldMentalHealthDay #Empathy #Support #CheckIn #ADHD
