Louzanne Coetzee wins bronze in record-breaking Paralympic 1 500 m T11 race! 😍 Louzanne Coetzee did South Africa proud by winning bronze in the 1 500 m T11 at the 2024 Paralympics. Together with her guide Estean Badenhorst, she set a personal best of 4:35.49, smashing her previous record by five seconds. As Sport Coordinator at KovsieSport and Residence Head of Akasia Residence, she is not just an athlete, but an inspiration to all. Nelson Mandela University hosted the National Association of Student Development (NASDEV) Women in Leadership Conference. Martie Miranda, the Head of CUADS, was one of the speakers addressing the topic, Pivoting: When life calls for a U-turn: Exploring the resilience and adaptability of women in navigating significant life changes and challenges. She shared the stage with Dr Nosiphiwo Delubom, her successor as HEDSA - Higher and Further Education Disability Services Association Chairperson.
