In January, we published a Journal of Graduate Medical Education article describing the rigorous redesign of the ACGME's Resident/Fellow Survey, a key accreditation screening and compliance tool used in #GME. Over the years, many faculty, residents, and fellows have complained about the "poor quality" of the old version of the Resident/Fellow Survey, but we feel (and we have evidence to suggest) that this newly redesigned survey is a much improved screening and compliance tool (2/10): https://lnkd.in/eCC3njw5
