Today’s the day! 🎉 Our second research paper, co-authored with Deloitte Digital and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) has landed 🛬 The report was produced with data drawn from a Natter we hosted for some of the world’s top CX leaders, who represent over 1 billion customers (!!). 🌍 The purpose of the Natter was to explore their thoughts on AI, humanity and the customer experience. 🤖 Using Natter’s tech we summarised the data in minutes, turning conversations into insights. ⏱ Curious to know what we learned?
