We hosted our Best CX event ever – AMA’s 5th Annual CX Forum - to celebrate our designation as “Best Employee Driven CX Team AND Best CX Team in the US”! AMA employees shared heartwarming stories about what it takes to be an AMA friction fighter. Our customer video made it clear why we #Fight for a seamless X, and more than 40 employees entered the event in marching band style with signs showing their CX accomplishments. Oh – and our finale, special congratulations from Greg Melia, CAE, followed by digital fireworks and confetti. We're having fun and getting CX done!
