The Key to Market Success: Collaboration and Synergy Between Manufacturers and Dealer The success or failure of a market hinges on the collaboration and synergy between manufacturers and dealer. A competent dealer must understand market demands, comprehend how products can maximize benefits for existing customers, and simultaneously offer innovative solutions to provide more options for clients. When promoting new products, dealers must be willing to invest substantial resources, including manpower, materials, and time. While these investments might not yield immediate returns, the future prospects are promising once the investment is made. Unfortunately, many people give up when they don't see quick results. Even more disheartening is that many are reluctant to start, preemptively believing that their efforts and rewards will not be proportional. Our dealer in Japan have a keen eye for potential. I vividly remember when the Director of the company inspected our products in Finland very first time, his eyes sparkled with excitement. He saw immense business opportunities in our products. He had already envisioned which types of end-users would benefit from our products, what kind of projects would require them, and what actions could be taken to make our products known to more people. Couple weeks ago, they put in tremendous effort, and over two hundred employees collaborated to organize a large-scale demonstration event. They invited over 1,000 companies, including government agencies, heavy equipment sales companies, project contractors, and representatives from the agricultural industry to witness the launching of Big Float Amphibious Undercarriage and Screening Bucket. The demonstration was carried out on site to let people see how the products are working. This allowed end-users to intuitively understand whether the product was suitable for their current and future projects. Additionally, the local television stations and newspaper media attended to the event as well, everything is published on media and products information is widespread to the public. Once again, I sincerely thank all personnel for their assistance, enabling us to jointly pave the way for the success of our products and brand in Japan.
