Last Friday we had some amazing guests from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences pitching their presentations about New Work and Leadership 4.0. In iterative Sprints the students acted as business consultants and were coached from both sides, by their professors Prof. Dr. Christine Brautsch and Prof. Dr. Günter Hilmer, and by Natascha Rausch as Cybex company representative. Cybex says thank you for so many lovely ideas! How could a female leadership network at Cybex look like?! How will digital learning influence our lifelong learning concept? How will VUCA influence our leadership understanding? Thank you for those and much more impulses to think about!
