On June 3rd and 4th, our Rome headquarters hosted the "Fleet Management Meeting 2024 for Technical and Marine". These two intense and productive days saw the participation of all d’Amico Shipping Group and Ishima Pte Ltd technical staff, including those from our #international offices. Colleagues of the Ship Management division addressed crucial topics such as technical management, technical and maritime regulations, health and safety, and the adoption of new technologies. Topics regarding new environmental regulations and artificial intelligence have been explored with external guests of the Lloyd's Register and Zest Group. Subjects such as evolution of the d’Amico fleet, organizational changes, new solutions for ship monitoring, and d’Amico personnel management have also been treated. A special thanks to all participants for their significant contributions. It was an important moment of sharing #ideas and new #strategies, aimed at improving every single aspect of the ship management to face future #challenges. "These two days enriched us and provided important insights for the future, allowing everyone to update on fundamental issues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our Group." - Our Group Fleet Director Salvatore d'Amico #ShipManagement #Shipping #Innovation #Sustainability #TeamWork #InternalMeeting
