Lenskart.com Peyush Bansal I would like to highlight a tech glitch in lenskart. I had ordered 2 eyeglasses on 6th May with order ID 1287461357. I had ordered this for an event, i did not get it’s delivery even till now. I called the customer care regarding same on 11th May and they said they’ll look into it, I got a call today and the executive said that my order is cancelled and nothing can be done. Few things to highlight- 1. The reason he gave for cancellation was that my order didn’t show up in your system and hence your system couldn’t integrate. I had ordered this from lenskart store so not sure why your system didn’t integrate. 2. I got to know this only once i raised a concern with your team, there was no Communication from your end. Needless to say, i won’t be able to use my new specs because of the tech issues, would have been better if i would have gone to some nearby vision express which would have avoided this tech issue.
