Finally have had a little time to review the notes I took last week during our semi-annual Maxwell Leadership training with John C. Maxwell, Coach Prime, and a host of other great speakers. A few things that stood out on this second look: --> Leadership and growth is not an individual sport -- it's a team event. --> What are the ripples from my main message? --> The Elevator Principle: Some people lift you up; some people take you down. At Championship weekend last year, I said we couldn't be stopped as long as I was there. "From Triumph to Humility: A Leadership Journey Last year, standing on the championship podium for the 6th time, I boldly declared that we couldn't be stopped as long as I was there.
