We are happy to be part of this affordable housing project in Westchester, the FIRST to drill below 500 feet since the passing of the new Geothermal Borehole Law in September by State Sen. Pete Harckham. 🏡💚 The new law is also helping open up new markets for clean heating and cooling technologies in urban areas. Fewer boreholes are needed when deeper holes can be drilled making projects on smaller plots of land more viable. Read the story here: https://hubs.ly/Q027CMCb0

As we look to expand in the US market we would be happy to work with you installing deeper systems, we are now installing Monobore systems at >1500 feet in the UK...far greater thermal efficiency...

Proud of you guys. As the initial building cost of the Geothermal energy system had been included in the construction cost, the City and the potential tenants would no longer worry about the unstoppable rising price of heating cost because the long-term running costs have been locked and can be maintained low in the future.
