Today, I took a moment to reflect on this trophy from 2010-2011—a symbol of where my journey began. Back then, it represented countless hours of hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn and grow. Fast forward to 2023 and 2024, and I find myself holding new trophies that remind me of how far I’ve come. The automotive industry has evolved significantly over the years, and I’m proud to say I’ve evolved with it. From walking door to door to connecting with clients screen to screen, the journey has been one of resilience, adaptation, and growth. I share in the joy of Rola receiving the Best EQ award received by Mercedes Benz SA! Such a priviledge! This past week we interviewed a very talented young man, which failed himself due to the poor management of his strength (nl. his energy). EQ = a combination of self-awareness; self-regulation; Social skills; empathy and motivation. Managing all of these factors are critical in receiving awards, landing a job, being a leader and overall reaching success. #justareminder #selfregulation

Heads up: This one’s long, sentimental, and probably emotional. Grab a coffee (or a tissue) if you’re in for the full read! It’s been exactly 8 years, 7 months, and 11 days since I joined the company – gaining invaluable experience, countless memories, and a few grey hairs along the way. But yes, as of tomorrow, it’s time to turn in my ID card and hand over the keys to my desk. Marking the end of this unforgettable chapter. My heart is full of gratitude for the leaders who saw potential in me and entrusted me with some of our most pivotal projects. I owe a special thanks to one mentor in particular – a true “#1”☝🏻 enthusiast who didn’t just talk the talk but walked it daily🤝, inspiring us all to raise the bar. His relentless drive for genuine excellence transformed our company, our team, and certainly me. Looking back, I’m proud of the footprints I’ve left behind – not just any footprints, but ones that I believe will continue to support and generate sustainable value for the company. From building new policies and projects from scratch to refining existing ones, I strived to create initiatives that wouldn’t just make a difference today but would be woven into the company’s fabric for years to come. Watching these systems, projects, products, services and improvements grow and flourish has been incredibly fulfilling. To my colleagues and my successor – brace yourself! The files you’ll uncover may leave you in shock. The journey of unraveling the layers of “organized chaos” might initially seem daunting, but I promise it’s all designed for smoother sailing in the long run (with a few surprises). Celebrating 6 Months at TVS Motor Company It’s been an incredible journey since stepping into my new role at here and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what these past six months have taught me. 🌟 *5 Years in the UK: A Journey of Growth, Resilience, and Success*🌟 Today marks a significant milestone—5 years since I arrived in the UK to pursue my dreams. It’s been an incredible journey filled with challenges, hard work, and achievements that shaped me into who I am today. I came to Teesside University as an international student, excited yet uncertain about the path ahead. Like many, I faced the unexpected—COVID-19 brought the world to a standstill, but it also taught me resilience. During my master’s program, I worked countless sleepless nights, balancing studies with a part-time security job to support myself. After completing my studies, I stepped into the competitive job market, applying for various roles with persistence and determination. My hard work bore fruit when I joined ZF as an apprentice, a stepping stone that allowed me to learn and grow. Over the last two years, I’ve progressed into my current role as a Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Engineer at ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules. This journey has not been just about professional growth but personal milestones as well. In these 5 years, I found my life partner Nimra Javaid , got married, and built a future filled with love and shared dreams. Looking back, I see a story of perseverance, sacrifice, and motivation. Every challenge overcame, every sleepless night endured, and every lesson learned has brought me closer to the person I aspired to be. As I celebrate this day, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities, the people who supported me, and the experiences that shaped me. A quarter of a century… Today I celebrate 25 years of Renault Group. A few days ago, my youngest daughter asked me why I wanted to work at Renault. This unpretentious question took me by surprise and made me think. The passion for cars, the desire to “make it happen” and the desire to work in a multinational company made me want to work for Renault, I replied to her. She smiled and moved on with her homework. During these years I had the privilege of executing the company's strategies by implementing industrial systems aligned with the constant evolution of the competitive automotive market. Seeing an industrial process producing what customers will buy and use to live their own stories... I think it's incredible. On this journey, I experienced the multinational international environment I wanted, including expatriations... a sensational learning experience. As an engineer, what I didn't expect was the impact of people and relationships on this journey. I did nothing alone. With many people I aligned ideas, we changed ideas, I listened, I was heard, I learned and I contributed. For about 3 years now, I have been proud to prepare and propose the company's industrial strategy for the powertrain of electric cars. Once again, work done with many people and a lot of discussions to align the way to go for the next many years. At the end of the day, in this captivating and constantly evolving industry, industrial processes expire, new cars replace old ones, but the impact of people on people and lived experiences shape our journey, mine at least. The well-lived Twingo from 25 years ago that still circulates on the streets of Paris will see the arrival of a new, high-tech, electric one very soon... in 25 years, what will be the “Twingo” of the moment? It's difficult to predict, but one thing is certain, it will be done by people who will contribute with people to the result. If I'm still here, I'll tell you about it in the half-century post. 😉
