Equality is a key ingredient of business success. In today’s ever-expanding global landscape, collaboration across regions and cultural backgrounds is inevitable. Here, clarity and understanding is vital. To maintain consistency between goals and expectations, it is important for leaders to be: 📍 Transparent: When employees understand the reasoning behind a leader’s choice, it fosters respect and trust in the relationship. 📍 Advocates: No matter the team or the task, every person’s voice matters. To truly innovate, leaders need to provide support and encouragement, especially for underrepresented or marginalised individuals. 📍 Opportunity-seeking: In siloed organisations, progress is slow. To drive meaningful results, reach out to key departments you work with and learn their perspectives to understand how to work together more effectively. Cohesion drives clarity, and clarity clears the path ahead. #WorkCulture #Leadership #Organisation #Strategy

Becoming Other-wise It is a natural tendency that we want to be close to people who are more like us. Birds of a feather flock together. However, different to birds and their natural tendencies, we find ourselves in a very diverse mix of people in the organisations we work in. Actually, organisations are striving to maximise the diversity of their workforce as much as possible. They benefit in many ways by creating space for difference. So, in this setting of diversity, we are often forced to meet ‘other’. To work with people who think, talk and act differently to us and our preferences. We might find them otherwise. So how do we truly learn to be with ‘other’ and leverage this diverse mix’s creativity, brilliance and generosity? We become other-wise. Wise about the other in different. When we train coaches and leaders in Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI), we provide them with the tools, skills and principles to consciously, intentionally and skillfully navigate this terrain. You learn to influence and leverage the potential of thhe system’s mosaic of ‘other’ for the benefit and enriching the whole. Keen to become more other-wise? Contact us at info@crrafrika.com to learn more about Relationship Systems Intelligence™ or contact us through our website, www.crrafrika.com, and let’s get together. #diversity #others #relationships #workingbettertogether #humanresources #hr #hrconsulting #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #leaders #inclusion #inclusiveworkplace #together
