New interdisciplinary PhD course! Today the PhD landscape is changing and transferable skills are needed to ensure high employability for PhD graduates. Where do you want to be 1,5 and 10 years after your PhD is completed? Whether it is inside or outside academia, you need to strategically craft your career path and use Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) as a tool to reach your goals and promote your skills in different contexts.     A new interdisciplinary PhD course at University West, “Strategic career planning in PhD education via Work-Integrated Learning”, aims to support your strategic planning, skills matching and open novel reflections on how to use WIL to promote your future career. This new course is based on transdisciplinary WIL research collaboration and is led by Anna Karin Olsson, associate professor in Business administration, and Kristina Areskoug Josefsson, professor in Work-Integrated Learning.   The course is online and part-time, between week 36 and 42.
