Great talk by Jeroen van den Hurk from Van Berge Henegouwen (VBH) on building value through innovation. Jeroen observes that our human brains like patterns and repetitions, but new construction blocks are needed to establish new pathways and technological solutions. In the maritime industry, so conservative and risk-averse, the golden question is how to encourage that shift? Through a compelling business case?
