Fourth and final tenet for Oxbow. Being responsive shows that you value the needs and concerns of others. Whether in customer service, relationships, or leadership, being responsive fosters trust, satisfaction, and effective communication. It demonstrates reliability and care, ultimately enhancing relationships and productivity. When you're not responsive, it can lead to frustration, misunderstandings, and a breakdown in communication. It may create the perception that you're indifferent or unreliable, damaging relationships and trust. It can result in lost opportunities, decreased satisfaction, and ultimately, negative impacts on reputation and success. I recognize I’m not everyone’s cup of tea but if there’s one universal truth among everyone who knows me it’s I respond. Sometimes it’s with the exact thing someone is looking for and other times it’s just a simple acknowledgment of receipt. Either way, I hate leaving people hanging. To me, being responsive is being dependable and I strive to be a person everyone can rely on.

🏆 SELECTIVE EMPATHY 💠 Before venturing into the pet industry, I didn't know they're people who are super attached to their pets (cats & dogs). 💠 One of my clients lost her dog, before responding to her message,I took some minutes thinking of how to respond to her,yes sometimes we also pause. 💠But then I told myself,my client is going through some emotions that needs respect and acknowledgement. 💠 When it's time to put on your empathetic skill as a customer service specialist, the type of product or service does not really matter. 💠Have a fantastic day/night. Your passionate customer service specialist,Daisy Mboya

During this Customer Service Week, Let’s focus on Christian principle 1 on enhancing Customer Service. Love& Respect: We need to show love and respect to all customers, regardless of how they look or behave. Do you think the level of respect for a customer should change after being insulted? I would like to hear your opinion on this. #Customer Service Week #Leriesey

Hello ACwO I am posting this with utter frustration and grievance. I had ordered a carnival 101 yes sound bar with order id 220962 from your website 07/12/2024. by mistake I placed the order on my friend address and when I check the address this is wrong address I tried to cancel my order but I could not see any order cancellation process then I raised the ticket regarding wrong address. but your customer service team not able to resolve simple query. they just confirm me order is shipped that via we are not able to change address. I am not able understand with in one day how to you shipped the order and you are not able to stop that order based on the query and call. i dont know how to you survive in the market with worst service. Why do you take orders when you can’t answer simple queries of your customers. This is how you do business? Will never order anything from you and will tell others not to as well. Pathetic customer support. If you care about your reputation and your customers, do reply here or reach out to me for queries.
