The 10-megawatt Canal Top Solar Power Project established here symbolises exceptional work in engineering and innovation.     As the name suggests, solar panels have been placed atop a brand canal of the River Narmada, which stretches 5 kilometres. By utilising the space above the canal, the project reduces the need for additional land and minimises water evaporation while harnessing the power of the sun to generate clean energy. This project demonstrates a unique way of integrating development with environmental consciousness.     Solar Photovoltaic Crystalline Technology has been implemented to convert sunlight into electricity. This technology involves arranging crystalline silicon solar cells into panels. Over 33,000 of these panels have been installed, producing clean electricity with minimal environmental impact.     PV Krishna Reddy, Managing Director of Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited, is the driving force behind executing this innovative project.
