As a facility administrator at DaVita, Catherine leads a team of dedicated nurses, technicians, social workers and dietitians, and feels fortunate to be able to witness each of them grow in their career. Catherine attributes much of this growth to DaVita’s Clinical Ladders program, a five-level career mapping model that provides our direct patient care teammates with the tools and resources needed to advance their careers. At DaVita, we invest in our teammates' career journeys through training and development programs designed for all levels of experience.
