Charities are losing potential applicants by keeping #salaries a secret. The poll results are now in that show just this. Thank you to the 178 people who answered ❤️ What did we learn: That 87% would be less likely or won't apply by this lack of transparency 📊 11% would check the salary first. Only 2% would still apply despite no salary shown. From Slide 9 in the Carousel I share FIVE reasons why #charites / any organisation should show the salary. Overall, #jobseekers want clarity.
