iSTAI thermochromic @ 18℃ from colorless to Purple & Blue Product name: iSTAI thermochromic (temperature-sensitive) card Activation temperature: 18℃ Color change: Colorless→Purple &Blue Material: Laminated paper card Water-based ink: Water based Thermochromic ink in purple Water-based ink developed & produced in Taiwan iSTAI one-color change thermochromic card is a product for lower temperature sensitive indicator. It is produced using a unique, environmentally friendly, VOC free water-based thermochromic ink in one color change formula developed in Taiwan. It can be produced using printing processes such as screen printing or Comma according to product requirements. This iSTAI thermochromic card 18℃ product is a one colors changing design. When exposed to a temperature of about or lower than 18℃, the color of iSTAI will immediately change from colorless to purple and/ or blue. With such a color-changing mechanism, this card can be used to indicate changes in cool/cold temperature. In the same production process, inks with different activated temperatures can be used for different color-changing product designs and applications. For example, we use water-based thermochromic ink with a color changing temperature of 15°C or much lower, which changes color by exposing it in the cold environment. It can be applied to all kinds of cards, cultural and creative products, clothes, textiles, coasters, labels , checking cold wine/ drinks/ even weather…etc., using color changes to enhance the fun of life.. If you choose water-based thermochromic ink with a color change temperature of 5-10°C, the color will immediately change from colorless to significant purple when exposed to freezing environment in the temperature of about 10°Cor lower than 10°C. It is currently the altering temperature used to remind people need to keep warm. https://lnkd.in/gV8RHH8C For related product application instructions, please refer to www.chroma-life.com. Textile printing involves transferring designs, patterns, or colors onto fabric using various techniques. The primary methods include: ▫️Block Printing: A traditional handcraft technique where carved wooden blocks are dipped in dye and stamped onto fabric. Known for its intricate patterns, it is eco-friendly but labor-intensive, making it suitable for limited production. ▫️Screen Printing: This involves creating stencils on a mesh screen and transferring dye onto fabric through the screen. Ideal for bold designs with fewer colors, it is widely used in apparel and home textiles. It offers vibrant results but can be time-consuming for complex designs. ▫️Digital Printing: Using inkjet technology, digital printing directly applies ink onto fabric, offering high-resolution designs with unlimited colors. It is highly efficient for custom and detailed prints, commonly used in fashion and home decor. ▫️Heat Transfer Printing: Designs are first printed on special paper and then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. This method is economical and ideal for small-scale, personalized printing but less durable for heavy washing. ▫️Rotary Printing: A high-speed process where engraved cylindrical screens apply continuous patterns on fabric. It is suitable for mass production of consistent, high-quality prints. Each method caters to specific needs, balancing design complexity, cost, and production scale.

✨Digital direct printing is an advanced garment printing technology🎨 It can realize high-precision printing.By controlling the nozzle through digital technology, the ink is accurately sprayed onto the fabric, which can delicately restore the details of the pattern, whether it is a complex artistic painting, fine lines, or gradient color transition, can be accurately rendered, so that the printing pattern can be lifelike. Advantages in terms of color are obvious.Digital direct printing can provide extremely rich color options with a wide color gamut. It can print thousands of colors, and the color accuracy is very high, which ensures that the color of the design pattern is consistent with the expected color, so that the color of the print on the garment is more vivid, full and long-lasting. This type of printing is very environmentally friendly.Compared with traditional printing methods, digital direct printing does not use plate making, reducing the waste of resources and the use of chemical substances in the plate making process. And it has a high ink utilization rate, in the printing process can be accurately control the amount of ink, reduce waste, but also reduce the pollution of the environment. There is also the characteristic of high design flexibility. Can be printed at any time according to different ideas, themes or customer needs, patterns, colors, sizes and other aspects of the adjustment is very convenient, without the need for traditional printing as by the version of the roller and other factors, to meet the demand for personalization. In addition, digital direct printing after the garment feel comfortable.Because the printing ink is directly sprayed to penetrate into the fabric fibers, will not form a thick layer of gelatinous coating on the surface of the fabric, so the printed garment maintains the original softness of the fabric and breathability, more comfortable to wear. #embroidery #printing #beading #sequins #patchwork #applique #fringing #pleating #highfrequencyprinting #towelembroidery #toothbrushembroidery #hotfixrhinestones #sequinembroidery #threedimensionalembroidery #caloriesportswear #streetwear

***DIGITAL PIGMENT PRINTING.. - Simply put, it is the process of printing on fabrics digitally, by use of inkjet printers and specially formulated digital textile inks. These inks go by many names, including digital pigment inks, inkjet textile pigment inks, Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Inks, etc. but they are most commonly known as Digital Textile Pigment inks (or Textile Pigment inks). *Vibrant and Accurate colors The color accuracy and vibrancy are brilliantly captured. This makes room for sharp, colorful, and intricate prints to be perfectly portrayed on the fabrics. *Versatility in design The inculcation of inkjet technology and digital printers means that if you can create the design on a computer, you can have it on the fabric. The flexibility to include anything in the design grants the freedom to experiment, including various complex designs providing an immense advantage. *Good rub and wash characteristics The fixation characteristics of the textile pigment inks are such that the ink binders polymerize to hold on tightly to fabric yarn. This improves the rub and wash characteristics immensely. *Hand Feel The fabric feels soft and the print seems as if it is a part of the fabric itself. This is an advantage over the rough feel produced on the fabric by conventional pigment printing. *Sustainability A lighter setup, minimum waste, and a reduced water quantity in post-processing make it an environmentally friendly process. The room for colorful designs, versatility, excellent wash, and rub characteristics, and the immense economical advantage has led to more and more Industries using digital pigment printing. 📜 Certificates 🆗 RCS 🆗 FAMA 🆗 GRS 🆗 OEKO-TEX 🆗 Higg Index --------------------------------------------- ➡Don’t hesitate to contact us for the best quote and services! 💁Ready to support 24/7 📧mail: devin@inandinhlap.com 📱+84969790771 (zalo, WhatsApp) or +84382099339 #sublimation #embossing #Foilprint #fabricprinting #3dprinting #Pigment #cottonprint #manufacturer #VIETNAM

Are you curious about sublimation printing, paper, inks, and machinery? 🤔🤔🤔 Let’s start with the broad strokes. What exactly is sublimation? In simple terms, it’s a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat. In the world of apparel, it’s a game changer in that it allows whole garment prints — designs that go seam-to-seam. Here are a few lines about the sublimation printing process; The most attractive step of sublimation printing is to print a design on a special paper sublimation. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print. The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens up the pores of the fabric, and then with applied pressure, the ink cools and returns to a solid form. The result is a permanent, full color image that won’t crack, peel, or wash away from the substrate. The process allows the ink to go from a solid to a gas without turning to liquid, a bit like dry ice. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled by pressure. This quick and effective digital print method is growing in popularity for smaller batch orders and those designs that rely on the details. Sublimation printing is also known as ‘all over printing’ as it allows you to choose a design that can literally go from seam to seam.
