Achieving Vibrant Colors in Digital Textile Printing with RDX's 8-Color Technology At RDX Digital Technologies, we constantly push the boundaries of what's possible in digital textile printing. One of the common misconceptions about digital pigment printing is that it cannot match the vibrancy and saturation of reactive inks. However, our advanced 8-color digital printing machine is designed to challenge this notion effectively. Unmatched Color Precision: Our 8-color technology includes standard CMYK inks supplemented with additional color modules such as orange, red, violet, and green. This extended color gamut allows for exceptionally vibrant prints that can rival the intensity typically achieved only with reactive inks. Advanced Ink Formulation: The quality of the ink plays a pivotal role in print vibrancy. Our pigment inks are formulated to ensure high color density and brilliance, providing prints that stand out with vivid colors and sharp contrasts. Precise Ink Drop Placement: Using state-of-the-art printheads from Ricoh, our machines deliver ink with incredible accuracy. This precision ensures that every drop of ink contributes effectively to rich and even color distribution, reducing graininess and enhancing overall print quality. Enhanced Color Fixation: Our digital printing process incorporates innovative fixation techniques that enhance the durability and colorfastness of the prints. This not only ensures that the textiles retain their vibrancy after multiple washes but also boosts the overall aesthetic appeal. Application Versatility: Whether you're producing fashion garments, sportswear, or home textiles, our 8-color digital printing machine provides the flexibility to meet diverse industry needs without compromising on quality. By integrating RDX's cutting-edge technology, textile manufacturers can achieve the brilliance and saturation of reactive printing with the added benefits of pigment inks, including sustainability and operational efficiency. Are you curious about sublimation printing, paper, inks, and machinery? 🤔🤔🤔 Let’s start with the broad strokes. What exactly is sublimation? In simple terms, it’s a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat. In the world of apparel, it’s a game changer in that it allows whole garment prints — designs that go seam-to-seam. Here are a few lines about the sublimation printing process; The most attractive step of sublimation printing is to print a design on a special paper sublimation. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print. The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens up the pores of the fabric, and then with applied pressure, the ink cools and returns to a solid form. The result is a permanent, full color image that won’t crack, peel, or wash away from the substrate. The process allows the ink to go from a solid to a gas without turning to liquid, a bit like dry ice. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled by pressure. This quick and effective digital print method is growing in popularity for smaller batch orders and those designs that rely on the details. Sublimation printing is also known as ‘all over printing’ as it allows you to choose a design that can literally go from seam to seam. ,📣#printing ink is further classified by drying Method, ink property (colour, durability), and Material (oil, solvent, water).📣 ✒️Printing inks are colored liquids or pastes, Formulated to transfer and reproduce an Image from a printing surface. ✒️They are used mainly to convey a message And provide protection; however, they also Can give a decorative effect to the substrate To which they are applied. ✒️Printing inks are used on a wide range of Papers, boards, plastic, glass and textiles Surface in flat and, in some instances, Performed shapes. 📣#Raw Materials in Ink:-📣 Pigments and dyestuffs together are Probably the most important items in Printing ink formulation, as they convey the Visual identity of an ink and invariably Contribute the major component. The vehicle acts as a carrier for the pigments And other modifiers in the ink. #Resins, Varnishes and oils are added to improve the Printing performance. Solvents are normally Used to disperse the liquid part of the printed Ink, which is added to adjust the viscosity of The ink or control the drying speed of specific Printing inks. The other ink additives are #plasticizers, #driers, #waxes, #antioxidants, #surfactants And #wetting agents. 📣#Classification of Printing ink:-📣 Printing lInks can be classified based on their Applications that are the processes by which They are used. There are basically five types Of common printing processes namely #Letterpress, #0ffset, #Screen, #Flexography and #Gravure. First three processes namely Letterpress, Offset and Screen because of the nature of The printing machines and applications Require ink to be manufactured and supplied In paste form and they are generally Classified as Paste Inks. #Flexography and #Gravure both require inks To be supplied in a very thin liquid Consistency due to the nature of printing Under classified as Liquid Inks. Certain Products fall into the intermediate category Because though they are in liquid form, they Are not similar in consistency of Liquid inks, As they required “stoving”( heating at high Temperature) for the drying and a specifically Meant for Tin plates and other metal Substrates like Aluminium. These fall in the category of coating rollers

Sublimation Printed Polyester Mat with rubber backed Dye-sublimation printing is a superior printing process compared to laser, inkjet, or screen printing with rubber backed. The process is made up of two parts. The first in which the design is printed using special dye-sub inks onto special heat transfer paper. In the second step, the printed roll of paper is placed through the dye-sub heat press machine with rubber in the backed wit 180 degree temperature This creates a printed fabric is durable and will never fade, washout, or bleed. The printed fabric also retains all of its properties after this process as well. Through different temperatures and running speeds, we can print all of our polyester and nylon fabrics. There is no limit on the number of colors or the complexity or quality of the design. When you use dye sublimation, the ink becomes part of the material and will remain pristine even after extended use and washings. Its ability to perfectly hold color under extreme conditions while also retaining its softness and breathability makes dye-sublimation printing a perfect choice Company policy- " Quality is our recipe" #floorgardens

***DIGITAL PIGMENT PRINTING.. - Simply put, it is the process of printing on fabrics digitally, by use of inkjet printers and specially formulated digital textile inks. These inks go by many names, including digital pigment inks, inkjet textile pigment inks, Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Inks, etc. but they are most commonly known as Digital Textile Pigment inks (or Textile Pigment inks). *Vibrant and Accurate colors The color accuracy and vibrancy are brilliantly captured. This makes room for sharp, colorful, and intricate prints to be perfectly portrayed on the fabrics. *Versatility in design The inculcation of inkjet technology and digital printers means that if you can create the design on a computer, you can have it on the fabric. The flexibility to include anything in the design grants the freedom to experiment, including various complex designs providing an immense advantage. *Good rub and wash characteristics The fixation characteristics of the textile pigment inks are such that the ink binders polymerize to hold on tightly to fabric yarn. This improves the rub and wash characteristics immensely. *Hand Feel The fabric feels soft and the print seems as if it is a part of the fabric itself. This is an advantage over the rough feel produced on the fabric by conventional pigment printing. *Sustainability A lighter setup, minimum waste, and a reduced water quantity in post-processing make it an environmentally friendly process. The room for colorful designs, versatility, excellent wash, and rub characteristics, and the immense economical advantage has led to more and more Industries using digital pigment printing. 📜 Certificates 🆗 RCS 🆗 FAMA 🆗 GRS 🆗 OEKO-TEX 🆗 Higg Index --------------------------------------------- ➡Don’t hesitate to contact us for the best quote and services! 💁Ready to support 24/7 📧mail: devin@inandinhlap.com 📱+84969790771 (zalo, WhatsApp) or +84382099339 #sublimation #embossing #Foilprint #fabricprinting #3dprinting #Pigment #cottonprint #manufacturer #VIETNAM
