In order to reduce cybersecurity risk across Combant Commands, maximize limited resources, and implement policy requirements of Zero Trust, DISA needs to be the service provider of choice by expanding the 4th Estate Network to all Combatant Commands.

IMHO, People within the DOD today are risk averse due to the level of bureaucracy and potential to lose one’s job for speaking up on required change/course correction. My two cents
