Worse experience with Delhivery. The package was supposed to reach the person on 29th Jan. The package reached the city hub on 28th Jan. There's no support channel to do a follow up. I wasted two days even though the package is sitting idle at your place. Delhivery Support is just a non-sense team on X. They don't bother to reach and address the user facing problem. My issue is still unresolved. AWB # 2827758586285

My parcel has been on hold for the past one month. I have incurred losses for the same. Their reason is 'talk to the merchant'. Who is this merchant?? WE DO NOT KNOW. How will customers know who merchants are??? Delhivery ppl. are not talking, THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE ISSUE RESOLVED, they want customers to do their job. Merchant hasn't paid the delhivery agents IS IT MY FAULT??? YOU COULD HAVE RETURNED MY PARCEL TO THE ORIGIN POINT if money was the issue No, as revenge against this merchant, they're holding parcels of the customers on hold. Customers have NO IDEA who these merchants are. We paid 5000 to get our stuff couriered. But DELHIVERY in Bengaluru stopped parcels of innocent customers because some backend merchant has not cleared dues. If that was the issue, couldn't they return the order to origin point??? WHAT AN IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY TORTURING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY.

Complaint Against Rude and Abusive Delhivery Partner - AWB No. 13468411499934 Dear Delhivery Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding a recent encounter with a Delhivery Delhivery Limited partner pickup person. On 27.01.2025, time between 5:30-5:45pm, the delivery person arrived at my residence to pick up a return package from my Lulusky order. He approached me without any introduction or explanation, simply demanding an OTP. When I politely inquired about the purpose of the OTP, he became extremely rude and abusive for what reason i don't know. He refused to provide any information and stated, "Nai dena toh mat do" (If you don't want to give it, don't). He then proceeded to press the lift button without waiting for my response. I requested him to wait and explain the reason for the pickup, but he ignored my request and displayed a highly aggressive and threatening demeanor. I was alone at home during this incident, and his behavior left me feeling extremely terrified and unsafe. I urge Delhivery to take immediate and strict action against this individual. Delhivery my consignment has reached Bangalore on 15th but till now you people are not able to deliver and there is no number to connect to your customer care which is really disgusting and disappointing when you can't deliver the shipment then why you are taking it simply Snapdeal | AceVector Group please change this delivery vendor else you will loose many customers because of there poor service

May be this is spamming but i also feeling bad to do that but I don't have any other option Don't tell me to contact my merchant my merchant is also your partner so solve it at your level My friend sent me courier from Durgapur (Kolkata) on 23/Dec/2024 using you delivery service and till 26th Dec all things are fine the shipment details are getting updated on time but after 26th Dec shipment details stop updating and at the end it show your shipment is delayed and show that shipment will arriving by tomorrow on every day. after days and days I waited and than i create a ticket to in your app it say your shipment is due from you merchant and than when i reach my merchant he says from his side all thing are cleared and than i try to contact anyone from delhivery but i can't make it and when i reach to my local delhivery office they said your merchant has due payment and all things. which i have as proof. and if you can solve it reach to me asap or else if not, you can not give me any update in 2 days i need to raise my complaint at consumer help line. Delhivery, sounding like a concerned company, faked posed their concern 'sorry to hear, let us help... Bla bla' They have done JACK SQUAT to help me They have provided ZERO assistance They do NOTHING to resolve your issues This reply 'our apologies, share your no. we'll try to resolve' is just an eye wash THEY DO NOTHING
