Happy International Doctor’s Day to physicians all around the world! Thank you for your service and advocacy. I often get asked since joining executive leadership if I miss bedside medicine. I do miss emergency medicine and I also embrace my role in the C-Suite as part of my professional journey and another way to work with my colleagues to positively impact the lives of people. I believe that at our core as health care providers is our passion to advance great care, empower people and advocacy and we can be agents of change at the bedside and in board rooms.
