In the race to wow guests with the latest tech ornaments, Such as smart rooms, AI chatbots, and virtual concierges, Many hotel’s have overlooked the core of hospitality... Emotional connection and storytelling. Successful hotels understand that the core of hospitality isn't housed in computer chips or coded into apps. Although those do help facilitate efficiency and incremental increases in revenue. The true soul of hospitality is a narrative built into every corner of the guest journey, from the website experience to the on-site experience, The brand is consistent, and guests feels it. These hotels know that after a guest checks out, they may not remember the in-room light dimming app, But they will never forget how the brand and staff made them feel In a time when technology is ubiquitous, let's get back to what hospitality is really all about. Crafting experiences guests fall in love with, and remember for the rest of their lives. This means shifting our attention from the ornamental to the foundational, From tech to touch.
