Press Release: Ontario Unveils Groundbreaking Digital Health Projects as a Result of the Innovating Digital Health Solutions Program Achieving Over $3 million in Cost Savings We’re proud to be supporting one of the projects selected by the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI) as part of the Innovating Digital Health Solutions (IDHS) program, an initiative funded by the Ontario Government | Gouvernement de l’Ontario. Since the project began, we’ve been working with the Grey-Bruce Ontario Health Team (OHT) and Brightshores Health System to support a standardized Measurement-Based Care implementation across more than 8 community health organizations in the Grey-Bruce region, including over 100 mental health providers. The goal has been to improve data-driven decision-making and client engagement at a large-scale, in order to unlock invaluable insights into the region's healthcare landscape that can inform continuous innovation in care delivery and overall service quality improvement. Thank you OCI, Grey-Bruce OHT, and Brightshores for collaborating with us on this initiative. We’re excited to continue our partnership efforts across Grey-Bruce to meaningfully improve and integrate community healthcare. Can we create healthier, wealthier, and more connected communities? At yesterday’s #HealthyCitiesDesignCongress, our expert panel discussed how we can shift from health systems centred on treatment to models that empower communities to take ownership of their health. This approach is at the heart of the Surrey Paper, where we’ve implemented: A 360-degree approach to placemaking that integrates health, housing, and economic development. Entrepreneurial leadership that empowers local communities to drive change. A focus on prevention, not just treatment, as we shift care into community settings. Our panellists emphasized the importance of fostering strong local relationships and entrepreneurial thinking to achieve real system change. The lessons from North West Surrey are essential for health innovators everywhere. Curious about how this approach can be applied elsewhere?
