What I’m about to tell you will shake your faith in humanity, Italian-American cuisine, and Michael Jordan: Chicago’s favorite pizza isn’t deep dish. The Windy City’s been hiding a crispy, square cut secret covered in delicious toppings for years. Thankfully, Pizza Hut is here to spread the good word and shed light on this selfish act. Chicago Tavern-Style pizza is the GOAT pie from the Chi. And it’s available at Pizza Hut locations nationwide. Sorry, Chicago. This may have been the fastest and furious-est project Mike Rodriguez and I have ever worked on.
