The success rate of female entrepreneurs is much lower compared to men. Yet, this undeniable fact doesn't deter these female leaders. Despite facing various challenges, just like their male counterparts, they are driven by a strong determination to break barriers and showcase their hard work, diligence, perseverance, and willpower to the world. This is the theme I picked up during the Her Courage Leaders Summit, organized by Class Living. ==== Since venturing into entrepreneurship last year, every step has been a mix of excitement and uncertainty for me. There were times that I doubted myself. "Is this going to work?" ==== Receiving the HER COURAGE award, alongside 9 other remarkable female entrepreneurs from Singapore and overseas, has given me the extra boost of confidence. The award symbolizes the extraordinary courage, resilience, and impact that define our journey. It is extra meaningful to receive the award from Lilian Ong and Ms. Penny Low, who champion the good cause of seeing women rise up, stepping out of their comfort zones, and shining as beacons of hope and strength in adversity. For me, this is just the beginning. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 2023 Business in Calgary Leaders Awards. This event was a celebration of the city’s most successful entrepreneurs and their remarkable ventures. Throughout the evening, I was in an environment of inspiration and learning, absorbing insights from fellow business leaders. Users are able to accomplish personal objectives with their use and further fortify group system. Leadership Is Important: Strong alignment has the power to make leaders, responsible in organisations because it helps people to become ethically smart. The culture of an organisation is established by its former or current leaders. Inclusion and Diverseness: Such strong organisations support and provide room to diversity because they argued that having diverse approaches heralds innovation.
