Fedex: Delivering Disappointment. HELP! December 20th, I was shipped a package using Fedex. The package, instead of heading to my address goes in circles. Finally, I was sent to a non-existent location in dangerous neighborhood after several failed attempts to deliver and pick up my package myself... Days have now turned into a month. Still no package. My time, my money – $120 shipping fee and $60 taxi fee -all squandered by a company whose customer service has no ability to delivery anything... #RajSubramaniam, Is this the "exceptional customer experience" you tout on your post and website? **My Unfortunate Experience with FedEx** I feel compelled to share my recent experience with FedEx to highlight the significant issues I have faced over the past two weeks. For over 10 days, I was promised daily that my package would be delivered "by the end of the day." However, each evening, I received a "delayed" update, with my package returned to the depot. Despite contacting FedEx multiple times via DM, nothing changed. To add to the frustration, FedEx then claimed that they had attempted delivery twice but could not reach anyone at my address. This is entirely false, as I was at home all day, every day, and I did not receive any calls or notices regarding delivery attempts. This ongoing problem has not only caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans but also raised serious concerns about FedEx's reliability and customer service.
