Resignation ☘️🫀😎 I am writing to express my profound sense of satisfaction with my decision 🧠 to resign from my first position in Dubai, just one month after my appointment. I consider the day of my resignation to be a significant milestone, perhaps even more important than the day I was hired. This moment signifies a new phase in my professional life, characterized by a shift in perspective influenced by the reasons behind my resignation. My decision to resign was driven by a commitment to the legal principles I have learned and cherish deeply. I take great pride in adhering to these ethical standards and legal values, which I acquired through my experience as a lawyer and legal professional. Maintaining these principles is paramount, even if it means parting ways with a role or organization. Experiencing different work environments enriches both my professional and personal knowledge. However, the fundamental principles of our profession remain constant and non-negotiable, regardless of the circumstances or conflicting interests. In conclusion, having unwavering professional principles is essential. Without them, one risks compromising their integrity to align with principles that do not align with their professional mindset. - #ProfessionalPrinciples - #CareerMilestone - #EthicalStandards - #FirstResignation - #LegalValues - #CareerTransition - #ProfessionalIntegrity

Recently, I had a realization about how we view job tenures in hiring. I used to see shorter job durations as risky until I found myself reflecting on my own LinkedIn profile. I noticed I hadn't completed a year in my last role at Aramex Dubai. It made me think: How would a hiring manager see my job history now? The truth is, life sometimes leads us to make tough decisions. I left my job at the peak of my career to prioritize my family. It's a decision I stand by. If you're hiring and see short job durations, consider asking about the story behind them. Each of us has reasons that might not be obvious on paper but speak volumes about our values and commitments. #CareerJourney #HiringInsights #PersonalStory #LinkedInReflection

Retail Operations Specialist | Top voice inventory | Strategic Demand & Supply Planner | 10+ Years experience | Inventory Controller Manager | Experienced Warehouse Supervisor
I never thought I would find myself writing this post, but here I am, laying bare my emotions in the hopes of finding solace and perhaps some understanding. For over a year now, I've been navigating the opportunity. Despite my 15 years of dedicated service and expertise in retails and logistics management, I find myself constantly hitting dead ends in my job search. Countless applications sent, numerous resumes tailored, and yet, the response remains the same - silence. My mailbox full with polite rejections, each one chipping away at my spirit.I'm exhausted from the endless stream of motivational words and quotes that offer hollow promises but fail to address the harsh reality of my ongoing struggle Is it the weight of my experience that becomes a burden too heavy for potential employers to bear? Have I reached an age where my qualifications are overshadowed by unfounded concerns? These questions haunt my restless nights as I grapple with the uncertainty of what lies ahead. I've exhausted every avenue, sought help from every corner, but the doors of opportunity seem firmly shut. Each rejection feels like a dagger, piercing deeper into my confidence, leaving behind scars of doubt and frustration. My skills aren't just words on a resume; they are the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, travels and unwavering commitment. From optimizing warehouse operations to spearheading inventory control strategies, I've left no stone unturned in my quest for excellence. So, to any recruiter or hiring manager reading this, I implore you to look beyond the numbers and statistics. See the person behind the profile, the individual whose passion for their craft burns brighter than any setback. Take a chance on experience, on resilience, on potential yet to be unleashed. And to my friends job seekers grappling with similar demons, remember that you are not alone. We are warriors fighting a silent battle. Thank you for lending an ear to my struggles, for offering a glimmer of hope in the midst of darkness. Corporates are the major contributors in a nation's growth as they provide Employment to the people of that country and also other nationalities(in context of UAE). They help their people achieve landmarks in their professional as well as personal lives. Some get much anticipated professional exposure to learn things, some get married, become mom/dad and so on. Corporates have done everything to get the expected work and support which they need from their workmen, there is BIG BUT in this. BUT,THEY FORGET THE MOST IMPORTANT THING REQUIRED FOR A COMPANY TO BECOME AN EMPIRE-EMOTIONS. Likes of Reliance Industries Ltd #reliance Tata Sons #tatasons which have taken care of their employees professionally as well as personally. They stood with their people even when they couldn't come to work because their family member was so ill that they had to take leave, they stood by them even when they couldn't give 100% but 80% at work because somebody in their family back home was struggling for life. They stood by them, fought with them, accepted that its not their families alone, the company also has some responsibilities. The managers, owners, superiors should also have some empathy with them which results in the employee filled with Emotions for the company and subsequently comes Belongingness and Dedication to be with the company when it needs them. They stand with the company when it matters the most. They work for the company day and night to make it more profitable. They fight with people at work whosoever is increasing unnecessary cost. They give reason to the company to aim that will make a COMPANY OF 10-50-100 TO AN EMPIRE OF 10,000-50,000-100,000 EMPLOYEES. So Companies,Beware! Dont make employees think that the owners are doing any favour to them, instead make them feel that the whole company is a family. Then they will show you what iron they have inside them for the company. If company is their family, they can foget the company of their family for work.

Happy Monday Linkedinians✌🏽 Monday tips for any #jobseekers , please prepare your interview thoroughly and have a clear financial expectation. Several candidates when asked their financial expectations, respond " I haven't though about it, I'm sure the company will offer good salary based on my experience" ❌️ ➡️Do a market research on salary trend ➡️Be aware of your financial commitment ➡️Use previous offers as baseline and apply a 10% increase ➡️Share a salary bracket, not a precise number It's critical to be aware of your salary expectation as it will save time and avoid disappointment when it comes to the offer stage. I have been applying for a job for almost a year now and I faced all type of answers, here is some of them : - You are overqualified for this position, once we will have a position matching your qualifications we will get back to you, - Your previous salary is too high for us (so please stop asking how much I was getting because I won't lie), - One HR manager in Ajman Duty-Free contacted me and proposed a job she asked for my expectations and my previous salary, and I said my expectations were opportunities for growth respect, and a positive work environment, and of course, I answered honestly about my previous salary, so she disappeared without any answer which I found disrespectful, - One company operating in Abu Dhabi Airport asked if I was interested in joining them and they disappeared without any explanation just because they found someone who would accept less salary and bad work conditions, And let's not talk about who is telling you we will get back to you shortly and they disappear like ghosts. For the arrogant disrespectful HRs who expect us to be on time and get back to them as soon as possible, you can't expect respect if you don't show respect, It only takes 2 minutes of your time to send an email or a phone call to tell someone we are no longer interested in you. I could tag all of them in this post but just out of respect I didn't do it 👌 #HR #Dubai #AbuDhabi #jobs #recruiters #Respect #employees #employers
