We presented her with De Groene Parel trophy as a tribute to her inspiring role as an ambassador for sustainability. I don’t usually follow the royals, but her visit left a lasting impression. Here are 5 lessons I learned: 1️⃣ Preparation is key Queen Máxima’s team had clearly briefed her thoroughly. Her detailed questions showed how preparation can elevate the quality of any interaction. 2️⃣ Stay curious She didn’t just accept answers at face value. She explored ideas, seeking to understand challenges and opportunities on a deeper level. 3️⃣ Engage authentically Her genuine interest made the conversation impactful and memorable.
