Abri Group launched their 'See Something, Say Something' in August 2021. The campaign encourages colleagues to raise concerns about things that may need attention in their neighbourhoods or in customers’ homes. To ensure the success of See Something, Say Something, they also: 👉Overhauled their approach, processes and policies regarding damp and mould, including having a robust Damp and Mould Disrepair team as one of the first points of contact. 👉 Carried out training and empowered colleagues to recognise and address the signs of damp and mould in customers’ homes. 👉Revised their Customer Relations team structure to better assess complaints and to carry out effective complaint handling, including introducing temporary support to accelerate the speed of complaint response times. 👉 Introduced ‘local resolutions’ to empower more customer-facing teams to resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact. Concern regarding American Tourister Laptop Bag Delivery Dear American Tourister Customer Care, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an undelivered order I placed on your website. On May 21, 2024, I placed an order (Order # [3004844]) with the expectation of receiving it on or before May 31, 2024. However, it is now 22-06-2024, and I have not received the product nor any communication regarding a delay in shipment. I have checked the order status online, but it does not reflect any updates. This delay has caused significant inconvenience as I was relying on receiving the product by the promised delivery date. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and locate my order. Please provide me with a confirmed delivery date for the product or a full refund for the order. For your reference, I have attached a copy of my order confirmation email. Is there anyone competent enough to look into it from Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd. ??? my parcel was booked on Friday at 3:00pm for overnight and still not delivered even on Monday. I tried contacting the live chat and horrendous customer services and response time. I had been waiting for half an hour but agent couldn't respond. Even after the last message seen on this chat I messaged again after 10 minutes but no response and I again sent that transcript to email which is not received. There's no one to listen or answer properly, I again joined the chat joined by Mahjabeen and same no response for long. Highly pathetic delivery system and more pathetic customer services. kindly get your agents trained to the T before onboarding them for customer services which is not everyone's cup of tea neither everyone can handle it. I wonder why other city parcel taking these much days, it would have been better if I had used Pakistan post instead. Status for yesterday shows untraceable address, number required whereas complete address and number is mentioned on the parcel and if that's the case then how come it's on route for delivery today without number and address???? Such fake delivery status!!! Highly Pathetic and horrendous to say the least!!!
