Looking beyond Easter, a mouthwatering summer of sport awaits - and if the impact of the Six Nations, milder weather and the Manchester football derby is anything to go by, BWS brands need to be match-ready, with on-trade beer sales up 8%, cider up 11% and wine up 6% YoY according to the Daily Drinks Tracker,

Camden Hells had plenty to celebrate during the recent Six Nations, running a successful campaign specifically supporting the Assembly House Pub with the offer of a free pint on matchdays.
Locally targetted media promoted the offer and drove footfall into the venue, making matchdays more popular than ever!
With the FA Cup Final, UEFA Champions League Final, Euro 24, Wimbledon Championships and the Olympics all taking place over the summer, the question is, are your BWS brands ready for kick off and will they be ready to beat the competition?
Zappit are looking forward to a busy summer of sport with an increasing number of brand campaigns already in the pipeline for both on and off trade activation, whether it be on a national, local or location specific basis.

Here we present our winning moment of the inaugural edition of the Process Premier League (PPL) at LTEH.
It was a clinically organized event by the young energetic team for the first time which was facilitated by the senior colleagues. It was a class at par of the international sporting events. Be it selection of the team owners, auction of the players, managing the finances, crafting the rules to our set up upto the microscopic level, elevating the sportsmanship, ensuring quality cricket (& the list will go on) was scripted to perfection.
Our team won the tournament and we would like to look back and relish at the key factors which were instrumental to our success which are to reap in recurring benefits for the years to cone.
1. Doing your homework before you start:
A indepth statistical analysis of the playing conditions, the available pool of players, being clear on how you want to play were pivotal in cherry picking the perfect 12 member squad.
2. Being patient and create an opportunity for you:
Not rushing through to pick all the available best players was a critical resilience shown to ensure you have adequate funds at the auction to have the right blend of players in your team.
3. Getting the team intact and assign roles:
Having the right captain & Vice-captain is more than half of the job done as they were with the team carrying through and upto the final trophy.
4. Consistent practice:
Practice makes a man perfect is an old saying which will stand through ages after ages. Sincere practice (with strategic rest days) in all departments of the game with appropriate set ups made the team's performance to peak during the tournament days.
5. Be self-motivated and motivate others:
Making a conducive environment by recognizing each other lifts the overall spirits. This is a magical essence which keeps the momentum flow naturally.
6. Be natural:
The art of giving your 100 % without worrying about the end result automatically gives you the taste of success.
7. Take breaks:
Timed quality breaks at the nets & during the tournament days is the quint-essential mantra to sustain in the race.
This is our success story of the team 'KC Gladiators-Rising above the mighty'

⠀
Today is the last day of September and tomorrow a new quarter begins.
The time is now to take advantage of these opportunities to achieve amazing results. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is the last quarter of the year, this is the time frame to make this year special. ⠀⠀
⠀
You're in your 4th Q of 2024, how do you want to end the year. ⠀
⠀
In all of my years of playing football, every coach I ever had drilled in to me the 4th quarter is the deciding factor in a win or a loss. ⠀
⠀
They were right. ⠀
⠀
Championships are won during the last quarter, businesses feast or famine during this quarter. ⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This year has either exceeded your expectations or fell below. ⠀
⠀
It doesn't matter, your actions you take now will set the tone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To do list of Month:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ Set a goal of the month⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ Track your progress⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ Identify possible traps⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ Develop a strategy around your goal⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ Stay positive⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Win your month💪🏾.

I have been a Bayer 04 Leverkusen fan since childhood.
A week ago, my football team won the German Bundesliga title for the first time in their history. A few fun facts:
- Leverkusen's unbeaten run in all competitions this season now reads 45 matches - a new record among teams across Europe's top five leagues.
- Leverkusen were 17th in the Bundesliga - second from bottom - when Alonso took charge as a coach in October 2022.
- The club is 120 years old and this was its 45th season in the Bundesliga. No previous champion had to wait so long for their first title.
When we talk about high-performing and successful teams, we always need to circle back to leadership and this team offers a blue print we can all aspire to:
1. Team balance: Last year new players were recruited, adding just the right mix of talent and experience. The club confirmed that in their hiring decisions they consider character just as much as talent.
2. Clearly defined roles: Everyone knows what they are doing and each team member has responsibilities assigned. Even the substitutes are briefed with a clear plan, leading to 14 goals in the last 10 minutes of a game.
3. A shared vision: The entire team is working into one direction, share values on how they want to perform and what they want to achieve.
4. Communication: The coach always stays calm and makes sure that his team is, too - even when things are not going well.
5. Endurance: Coming from second last, last season. Overcoming the "Vizekusen" or "Neverkusen" syndrom which saw the club finish runners up 5 times. It teaches the lesson to never give up and keep believing.
And there is so much more. An incredibly emotional week for all Bayer fans and the season isn't all done yet.

Friday thought.
There is this idea that Jordan Peterson talks about which I love;
He talks about aiming low enough. This doesn't mean not to aim up. It means having the humility to set the bar properly low to allow for small wins.
Small wins will generate positive momentum which will lead to more small wins and eventually bigger wins.
ex. A good team breaks down its goal of winning a championship into winning each game they play. They break down each game into quarters and focus on the small wins.
Progress is getting 1% better every day for many many days.
