Let me simplify some of the most common and important ones for you: 🌐 TCP/IP - This is like the main language of the internet. TCP is about putting data into packets and making sure they get delivered properly. IP deals with giving these packets addresses and directions. Together, they help devices chat across different networks. 🔎 DNS - Think of this as the internet's address book. It turns website names we know (like google.com) into numbers (IP addresses) that computers understand, so the right website loads when you type it in. 🌐 HTTP - This is all about how websites talk to your computer. It sets up connections and has rules for asking (GET, POST) and answering (404, 500) to load web pages, pictures, and more. 🔒 HTTPS - Just like HTTP, but it keeps the conversation secret and checks who's on the other end. It uses special certificates to create a secure connection. ✉️ SMTP - The postman of emails.
