Meet with stakeholders, SMEs, process owners and users to elicit and document needs, expectations, constraints and external interfaces using various methods. 72 months of experience in developing the business requirements by translating the needs, expectations, constraints and interfaces into a format understandable to both clients and technologists, using various methods (e.g., brainstorming, document analysis, facilitated meetings, focus groups, interface analysis, interviews, observation, prototyping, requirements workshops, reverse engineering, survey questionnaire by asking the right questions to surface essential requirements information). 72 months of experience in developing requirements for the business needs and solution component design, incorporate changes to requirements resulting from architectural/design decisions, able to define attributes, constraints and other nonfunctional requirements. 72 months experience working to establish criteria for evaluation and acceptance of requirements, manage requirements scope, obtains commitment to the requirements from the project participants. Identifies project work and requirements inconsistencies during defect / requirements management and communication. 72 months of experience in requirement analysis and validation, Analyzes requirements to ensure that they are complete, feasible, realizable and verifiable. Provide the capability to identify key requirements that have a strong influence on cost, schedule, functionality, risk or performance. 72 months of experience to analyzes requirements and represent the requirements textually as well as via visual models or graphical form, in order to communicate the requirements effectively to the required audience. 72 months of experience in Application Testing Planning and Defect Tracking. Collaborates with testing lead to develop requirements-based testing considerations and strategies that will validate resolution of the business problem. #HareKrishna My Interview Experience at IQVIA - Jr. Automation Development Engineer I recently interviewed for the Jr. Automation Development Engineer position at IQVIA. I’m happy to share that I cleared the technical round! 🎉 The interview lasted about 45-48 minutes. Interview Process: 1. The interview started with a self-introduction. 2. Detailed discussion of my projects, including the challenges faced and how they were resolved. 3. We covered important technical concepts like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), the differences between method overloading and overriding, and my preferred programming language. Programming & Query Questions: 1. Swap two numbers without using a third variable. 2. Take user input as a string array, remove all vowels, and print the result. 3. SQL query: Find the 2nd highest salary from the employee table. Technical Concepts: 1. What is join and explain all types of SQL JOINS. 2. REST APIs and their use. 3. Differences between CSS and Bootstrap for front-end development Managerial Round: I completed the managerial round on 13th September and am currently waiting for a response from IQVIA My Experience: This interview helped me test my skills in real-life scenarios. Hi all, I'm writing this as a bit of advice to anyone out there who's looking for their next role so, please take this in the spirit in which its meant. Yesterday I posted that we are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to work in Sydney. This is a permanent role with UnicornX and the first engagement would be at an insurance client working on a Data project. There were, I thought clear instructions on the post as to what to do next if you were interested in applying, namely send me a CV with a summary of how you met the requirement. Many posts like mine go up on Linked In every day so if you do want to find your next role please follow these simple steps: 🦄 Follow the instructions provided 🦄 Only apply if you match the requirement 🦄 If you are going to write something, do it properly 🦄 Do not write 'interested' on the post and hope something will happen 🦄 Do not ask someone to review your profile and call you 🦄 Do not apply from overseas if the role requires on site attendance 🦄 Only apply if the role is relevant to where you are in your career journey If you apply for every role regardless of what it is or what your skills are or where you are, you run a big risk of being ignored when a suitable role is posted. I hope this helps; I know times are changing but getting a job still requires effort and any hiring manager is going to be looking at your actions from the outset. And yes, I've so far seen several outstanding candidates who are clearly in control of their own destinies. :-) Thankyou!
