My friend, what a great reflection. I’m going to need post notifications for these! It always intrigues me how transferable experiences can be - even in two seemingly unrelated spaces. Also, interesting observation between IOM definitions of quality vs patient perceptions of quality. It’s a disparity that’s always existed but that’s seemed to be a priority only recently.
