Developed in partnership with Kentro Group, Lexton McDermott, and Lewis Himes Associates, and located on former site of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) headquarters in southeast Denver, the four-story, 162,000 square foot, $30 million complex features 151 units of deed-restricted, affordable housing.

#London needs to protect its open spaces in the face of massive population growth. Will historical protective covenants save our City from over-development? It seems like the time has come to find out. The Cattle Market Car Park in Kingston, adjacent to the derelict site of the Kingfisher Leisure Centre and swimming pool, unnecessarily demolished in 2019, has restrictive covenants against its development, but Kingston Council is selling it exactly for such a purpose. Images of dense high rise development on the site have been shared with council committees and in sale publicity. Plans for large-scale high-rise residential and commercial development in Kingston have also not taken in to account the impact they will have from recreational pressure to adjacent #Richmond Park, the ancient trees of which are legally protected for the Habitats Directive stag beetle. CLAISEBROOK COVE UPGRADE 🦆🌳   A Concept Plan has been developed to improve the public realm around Claisebrook Cove, addressing the function, amenity, and access for residents, businesses, and visitors. The project focuses on retaining and enhancing the existing character of the Cove while addressing several key issues.   The Concept Plan follows the consultation undertaken in 2023 regarding the Jetty Structures and an initial Ideas Plan. A summary of feedback from this consultation and how it has been addressed in the Concept Plan is outlined in the FAQs.   The survey takes about 2 minutes to complete and is open for comment from 14 August to 2 September 2024. Edenstone Group and Pobl Group link up to create innovative new housing partnership to deliver new homes in Cardiff, South Wales

Buttress' Heritage Consultancy team have been working alongside Leeds City Council to develop several pieces of work as part of the Morley Town Deal, following a £24.3 million grant from the government's Towns Fund. The work had included the development of a Shopfront Design and Maintenance Guide, and a new Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan for the Morley Conservation Area. The Shopfront Design and Maintenance Guide aims to set out and promote guidance for good shopfront design in Morley, to ensure that shop units contribute positively to local townscape, and to help owners and tenants to effectively manage their historic buildings. The Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan defines the special character and interest of the Morley Conservation Area, exploring what makes it unique, with the aim of supporting and managing change within the historic built environment. A county council was able to buy an historic house and gardens for €10 million after being told it could fetch as much as €15 million on the open market. South Dublin County Council bought Lucan House and Demesne from the Italian government this year with a view to transforming it into a visitor attraction along the banks of the River Liffey.
