Having a disabled employee is not a good way to measure and be awarded, the problem is failure to promote disabled employees to higher roles and develop them and still get bypassed by less qualified able-bodied candidates even the company boasts being best place to work for DEI.

This is amazing, congratulations on your 10th year! I am so glad to see new countries also included in the report. I was wondering if you by any chance measure employee wages as well? Some companies may boast increased revenue and economic profits but pay their employees prorata for product produced resulting in a below minimum wage pay.
