On World Mental Health Day, and on this professional platform, I remind myself and you to be kind to ourselves, our colleagues, our managers, and, most importantly, our subordinates. While work is only one part of our daily lives, we all face challenges in others. The least we can do for each other during working hours is to show kindness. So for today, and pretty much every day, remember to be kind when giving feedback, rejecting ideas, making requests, or during meetings—whether on Teams or face-to-face. In every interaction, big or small, let kindness be the guiding principle. ☘️
