The beauty of learning is that it has no restrictions or limitations, and what makes it interesting is that we have the freedom to choose what we want to learn. I understand why the founder of KFC was able to achieve prominence and success, even at an advanced age. If we don't want to learn in order to earn, we should learn in order to gain and grow in experience. There's nothing compared to the joy of acquiring new knowledge or understanding something new. Just as our physical bodies change, our minds also evolve through learning. #LifelongLearning #PersonalGrowth #KnowledgeIsPower #ContinuousLearning #SelfImprovement #GrowthMindset #LearningIsFreedom #EducationMatters #KFC #ColonelSanders

Believe it or not, McDonald's did a better job training individuals than a top-tier university could. While elite universities polish the brightest minds, McDonald's excels at something equally crucial: strengthening the weakest links. The old saying about chains isn't complete. It should add: "It doesn't matter how strong the strongest links are if they're connected to the weakest ones." Companies like McDonald's had a huge role in strengthening these 'weak links.' Colleges back then (even today), failed to focus on the fundamentals and habits: - Coming to work on time. - How to deal with customers in a pleasant manner. - Doing something consistently until you get good at it. Sometimes, the most valuable lessons come wrapped in paper, not parchment. - What do you think? #Mcdonalds #workenvironment #worklifebalance #workculture #habits

First, cultivate a positive attitude and build a vision of your ideal future. Then develop a strategic plan to work your way there slowly. Finally, put your plan into action by giving it a go. Even if you stumble, each misstep is a learning opportunity. Refine your practice with the KFC system. No one succeeds on the first try. Usually, getting things right involves a bit of trial and error. No matter what skill you're working on, perfect it with some KFC. First, 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 what outcome you want. Then 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 out whether you're achieving that goal with some critical self-assessment. If you're not getting it right, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 to a different approach.
