📺 The ad world is completely changing. While getting ready this morning, I did my usual morning TikTok scroll. One of my favorite content creators made a video about the social media world and made an insightful reference to branded content. 💡 "The way people used to be influenced to buy things was through commercials when we were watching TV. Today's influence is on your phone. Today the organic content that you post every day is like a TV show and collabs that you do are like commercials." TikTok, IG Reels, FB Reels, they're all blowing up. Social platforms are pushing short-form video content HARD right now. YouTube is no different. There is a heavily untapped market in YouTube Shorts right now, and it is only getting bigger. On the other hand, long-form videos are for those who enjoy deeper, more detailed content, often watched on larger screens.
