Sharing more insights from our repurposing office tower report. There is an opportunity to truly rethink empty office towers and give them a fresh start, a new incarnation and a renewed sense of purpose that makes them truly relevant and useful in this new era - and beyond. To reimagine the former office towers we need to continuously learn and improve and not create static programs with no flexibility. To successfully repurpose empty office towers they need to be designed for ongoing evolution and adaptation. The days of launching a tower for just a single use and then walking away - are officially over. We must start to treat them as living, evolving ecosystems that are always incorporating new learnings. Designing a high-performance workplace involves creating an environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. One of the key strategies to achieve this is by maximising natural light and incorporating greenery into the workspace. This not only improves mood and overall well-being, but also boosts productivity. Consider adding plants, green walls, or outdoor spaces where employees can take breaks. Over five transformative years, we breathed new life into the 𝗔𝗔𝗔 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀—a colossal 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬-𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲-𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 office building that stood as a testament to resilience and adaptability. 💡 Amidst the pandemic’s tempest, we steered the ship, avoiding the treacherous reefs.
