Exciting news! ARENA is seeking solar innovators for AU$100 million challenge. The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) has teamed up with Greenhouse Challenge to launch the groundbreaking Solar ScaleUp Challenge, inviting innovators, developers, engineers, financiers and solar demand around the world to accelerate innovation in large-scale solar and help drive down costs. 🔆 💰 The world's top innovators and forward-thinking companies are invited to participate and collaborate in this global challenge, with access to a total grant pool of AU$100 million. Goals:  ⬇ 💲 Deliver Ultra Low-Cost Solar (ULCS) with a levelised cost of electricity (LCOE) below AU$20/MWh by 2030. ⬆ 📈 Rapidly scale capacity, targeting a total capacity of 1 terawatt by 2050.
